Monthly statements

Monreal Shaw will provide you with a monthly statement outlining your rental income, minus any deductions (for fees, works etc.) so you are kept up to date with how your rental investment is doing.


As part of our ‘Fully managed’ service, we conduct bi-annual inspections of your property to ensure that the property is being kept in a good condition by your tenants. We can conduct further inspections if requested by you. If there is something we believe can be done to the property to improve its condition, we will let you know so that it is kept in good shape in the long run.


We work closely with a professional company that undertake all maintenance works, from general maintenance, to plumbing and electricals. Due to the longstanding relationship we have with them, we are able to get reduced costs on labour - the savings we pass on to you! We don't mark up prices as most other agents do in order to make a small profit.


In order to avoid any void periods, we will contact you and the tenant at least 2 months prior to the end of the tenancy. If the tenant wishes to vacate, we can begin marketing your property with enough time to test the market at a higher price. We can then assess your property's performance across all portals to measure how much interest it has received, which will help us determine if a price reduction is required.

If the tenant wants to renew, we will aim to achieve a higher rent to be in line with the current market so you truly are getting the most out of your property.
