All viewings arranged by Monreal Shaw will be accompanied by a member of staff who will highlight the advantages of the property, its location and its amenities. All applicants will be qualified before showing the property to ensure that only the most suitable applicants view and place an offer on your property.

Offer process

Once an offer is received, we will contact you to discuss the proposed terms and any special terms that form part of a potential tenancy. We will discuss the terms with you in detail, providing you a brief outline of the profile of the applicants, which will help you decide whether to accept the offer.

Upon acceptance of an offer, we will reference the applicants to ensure that they are financially capable of paying the rent, and that they do not have bad history at a previous tenancy. If they pass, we will organise the signing of the tenancy agreement.

Once the tenants have paid their move-in monies (rent and security deposit), they will be checked-in (if requested) to the property and the keys will be released to them. If you decide to instruct Monreal Shaw to manage your property, we will deal with all issues that may arise throughout the tenancy as a result of being lived in.
